Hi,
I am using 3ds Max 2016 with Corona and number 13 VP
hdri environment, and I would like to bring the trees
closer to my house as you see in many hdri
examples on this website.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi bluicat,

sorry, but I don´t understand what you mean ? The tree models in the examples are not included in the HDRI skydome purchase. You might want to consider REAL TREES to add trees to your scene.

Cheers,
Martin

Hi Martin,
Yes I know that the HDRI do not have real tree models. I actually use Onyx Trees for that.
My scene and the HDRI are not in scale with each other, and if I want to do an exterior rendering
HDRI scene looks superimposed and very far away. The horizon is way above the horizon of my scene and this has not been the case in the past when I have done this on a few occasions.
I do see an option to upload a photo other than the http//:
I will send a photo direct to you.
Thanks,
bluicat

Hi Bluicat,
the best way to start with our HDRI skydomes is to load one of the included demo scenes and import your geometry into this scene. This way you can use the correct camera and exposure settings and avoid errors when trying to match camera and background / skydome.
