AUTOMAP with AUTOMATERIAL is a set of 3Ds Max plugins that make material creation based on bitmaps a very simple matter. AUTOMAP extracts height maps, specular maps and diffuse maps based on photographs.
COLOR EXTRACT extracts up to 100 colors from any photo and randomly assigns them to objects, object elements or even procedural maps in 3Ds Max. Just load any photo, extract colors and your material is ready.
CROSSMAP is a 3Ds Max shader that randomly distributes bitmaps on geometry (objects, elements, faces etc.), for example leaves on trees, grass, gravel, stones, flowers, wood fences and many more.
MOSAIC is a very easy-to-use 3ds max material that creates procedural mosaic walls and floors based on multiple single bitmaps by matching the average bitmap colors to the colors of a source map.

The MATERIAL MANAGER PRO is a new innovative tool to organize materials, maps and bitmaps within 3DS MAX® in ways never possible before. Material presets can now have ATTRIBUTES that can easily be filtered with the integrated attribute filters. Add multiple previews per preset, write comments, rate presets and select your favorites. Managing presets was never easier or faster. Besides finding and loading presets much faster, MATERIAL MANAGER also manages bitmaps in a completely new way. MATERIAL MANAGER stores bitmaps in a central library database to ensure that bitmaps are found when materials are loaded. PLUGINS Complete - Frequently Asked Questions
PLUGINS Complete is a set of plugins for 3Ds Max only, which includes all VIZPARK plugins, materials, related textures and shader plugins for easy and flexible material creation.
VP COMPLETE - 3DS MAX or - GROWFX includes all of the above plugins, PLUS all VP 3D MODELS, HDRI SKYDOMES and SCENES. So, PLUGINS Complete is for everyone who needs flexible materials in 3Ds Max, while VP COMPLETE adds many more models, skydomes and textures.
PLUGINS Complete comes with one license for each plugin. Each license can be activated on one computer at a time, but it can be released and transferred to a different computer easily. The number of transfers is not limited, but the user transferring the license should always be the same, since the same user account is required for the use and transfer of licenses.
Mental Ray is a whole individual renderer, now owned by NVIDIA. Developing for mental ray requires a different development than for vray, corona and scanline. Only Automap, Crossmap and Color Extract and Material Manager support mental ray, but not Omnitiles, Walls & Tiles and Mosaic. Most likely these will not support mental ray in the future, since mental ray has been dropped as the default renderer in 3Ds Max, replaced by arnold.
We are considering to develop our plugins for other platforms as well and the more request we receive the more likely we will decide to go this step. Such a decision is not easy though, since developing for some platforms means a huge effort which makes only sense if enough customers will buy these versions. Cinema 4D is requested quite often, so this is the platform we are considering the most, even if it means to develop for Mac OS and as well.
