Frequently asked questions

Currently the models are made primarily for

• 3Ds Max / Design 2010, 2011, 2012 (all products)
• VRay 1.5 or above (all products)(including 3Ds Max VRay materials)
• Mental Ray (some products) (including 3Ds Max Mental Ray materials)
• Scanline (some products) (including 3Ds Max standard materials)

If you are using a different software (for example Maya, Softimage, Sketchup, Autocad, Blender or others), you can also use one of the included model formats.
Some of the products also include

• Luxology Modo scenes
• Cinema 4D scenes
• Autodesk FBX files
• 3ds files
• OBJ files

Additionally, some models (especially plants) include GrowFX presets. GrowFX is a procedural modeling plugin for plants by Exlevel. These presets are included in 3Ds Max scenes and allow you to further change the models or create more variations. For further information on the use of GrowFX presets, check out the TUTORIALS section.

The online shop only supports one currency at the moment which is Euros. If you want to know the price of a product in your own currency, you can switch the currency with the selector on the right side. This way you can see the price in different currencies.

At the moment you can use PAYPAL or MONEYBOOKERS. When using PAYPAL, you can either use your Paypal account or if you don´t have an account, you can pay as guest without the need to create an account. Depending on your country the payment methods may vary. Please check Paypal to get a detailed list for your country.

If you are having trouble downloading files, you should check if a download manager in your browser is enabled. Usually this is the reason for incomplete downloads or multiple failed downloads. If you reached your download limit, please send me an email with your order number (Format: #1234) and I´ll reset the limit.

In Germany and the European Union there is a tax law that forces me to collect tax on every product sale within the European Union. If you are coming from a country outside the European Union, tax will not be added as this law will not apply. If you are based within the European Union, you need to pay the tax. I won´t keep the money, because I need to pay the tax to the German finance department. And depending on the tax law in your European country, you may get back the tax amount from your finance department as well.

VIZPARK does not offer physical products (e.g. DVDs, CD-Roms) for sale. All products are available as DOWNLOAD ONLY. I recommend that you create a backup copy of the downloaded products yourself. Anyway, all products are available for download 5 (five) times, so even if you lost a file, you can download again.

You can download the files at any time with no time limit. Though the download number is limited to 5 (five) times per product purchase. If you have used up all downloads and still need a download link, please send a support request.

No, there is no NEED to own GrowFX for the plants. Each model is also available as mesh and proxy object, so you can surely use the models also without GrowFX. Nevertheless, if you really want to use the plants to it´s full potential, you should try out GrowFX, it´s a great procedural plugin with a lot of flexibility..

Usually the download limit is set to 5 downloads per product. If you had to download multiple times due to download problems or other reasons, I can reset the download number. Just drop me a message via the support form with your name, email and order number and I´ll reset it.
