Phoenix Palm v2 is a free example of the Interior Plants bundle. Formats include CINEMA 4D, LightWave, MODO and several renderers. This model of a Phoenix palm is based on a highly detailed GrowFX procedural model and includes ONE variations (out of 4 variations in the full product) of the phoenix palm plant for interior visualization. The material contains 2 (two) different textures for the leaves, 2 textures for the cut off branches and 1 bark texture. 3Ds Max with GrowFX
The GrowFX version of Interior Plants includes all files from the 3Ds Max version PLUS GrowFX presets that can be further edited for more variation. Owners of GrowFX (1.9.6) can change the size of each plant and create new random variations. Even wind animation can be added easily (although interiors have less wind usually …).
The 3Ds Max version of Interior Plants includes 3Ds Max 2010 scenes for each plant variation and each renderer. No matter if you use vray, mental ray or Corona Renderer, you can simply merge plants into your scene and render. All materials are prepared with 2-sided materials (vray), double sided materials (mental ray) and front-back-maps (Corona) where applicable for the plants.
CINEMA 4D R13 or higher
The CINEMA 4D version of Interior Plants is available as VRAY and ADVANCED RENDER version. Both versions are provided a LIB4D files for the content browser as well as individual C4D scenes. Either drag´n´drop plants from the Content Browser to your scene or start with a prepared scene including light and render setups.
MODO 601 or higher
The MODO version of Interior Plants integrates perfectly into the application. Simply drag´n´drop plants from the asset browser into your scene and render immediately. All plants are included with four variations each, so you can choose which variation fits best. All plants include multiple leaves textures for more variation and realism.
LightWave 9 or higher
The LightWave version of Interior Plants includes objects files (.lwo) and scene files (.lws) for each plant. For users of LightWave 9 or 10 input node plugins are provided. You can load (or drag & drop) the scene files provided in each directory under LightWave section “scenes” folder which will then load daylight setup of each plant with it’s textures. Just confirm you want to set default directory when LightWave layout asks you and you are ready to go, just hit F9 to render after loading.
The OBJ version of Interior Plants includes OBJ prepared files, including textures and .mtl materials. Load Interior Plant models directly into Photoshop or other 3d apps with OBJ import. For detailed OBJ compatibility, please check your 3d application documentation.
