The library includes 10 different shrub species, each with several model variations to ensure realistic looks. All models are available as 3Ds Max scenes with support for vray, Corona, Octane, FStorm and scanline. The GrowFX version includes additional scenes for further variation, editing and animation using the GrowFX plugin from Exlevel. Real Shrubs is available for 3Ds Max, FBX, OBJ and GrowFX (including all files form the 3Ds Max version).
REAL FLOWERS is a new highly realistic model library for architectural visualization. The library includes 15 different garden flower species, each with 10 model variations to ensure realistic looks. The models are included as single 3D models in various formats and flower field presets for easy garden creation (as Forest Pack Pro presets for 3Ds Max and replicator presets for MODO). The GrowFX version includes procedural versions of the flowers for further modification and randomization.
REAL GRASS is a highly realistic grass model library for architectural visualization. The library includes 122 grass and flower models in 20 species, each with several model variations to ensure realistic looks. The models are available as 3Ds Max scenes with single plants and fields prepared for iToosoft Forest Pack Pro 4.2.4. The 3Ds Max – GrowFX version includes all plants as GrowFX 1.9.6 scenes for further random variation or realistic wind animation. Further formats are available for Cinema 4D, MODO, Sketchup, Artlantis, LightWave, FBX and OBJ.
REAL TREES is a tree model library with 60 realistic 3d models of trees. Each of the 15 tree species has 4 different variations, prepared as 3Ds Max scene file. The included REAL TREES in PLANTS Complete is the 3ds Max version with renderer support for vray, Corona Renderer, Octane Render, Scanline and mental ray. Also included are Forest Pack Pro browser presets for all 60 single plants and the 6 forest presets.
REAL TREES II is a new highly realistic tree model library for architectural visualization. The library includes 15 different exotic tree species, each with several model variations to ensure realistic looks. The models are included as single 3D models in various formats and scattered forest presets for easy forest creation (as Forest Pack Pro presets for 3Ds Max, mograph presets for Cinema 4D and replicator presets for MODO). The GrowFX version includes procedural versions of the trees for further modification, randomization and wind animation.
INTERIOR PLANTS includes 40 highly detailed 3d models of interior plants in pots for architectural visualization. Each plant is available in four different model variations, prepared with ready-to-render materials for vray, mental ray, corona renderer.

PLANTS Complete - Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, the GrowFX version includes EVERYTHING from the 3Ds Max version PLUS the GrowFX scene files for each single plant.
No, you don´t NEED to own GrowFX to use PLANTS Complete. The 3Ds Max version (not the GrowFX version) has static models, while the GrowFX version includes each plant as 3Ds Max scene with GrowFX as model source. Using GrowFX will enable you to create more random variations of each plant, animate growth or wind.
Well, yes and no. If you want to create large fields with scattered plants, like the ones included in this product, then YES, you should consider Forest Pack Pro from iToosoft, because it´s the most advanced scattering plugin for 3Ds Max on the market. There are alternatives for scattering, like Multiscatter, or even the integrated Particle Flow together with the new vray instancer feature in vray 3.0 or Corona scatter within Corona itself. But the easiest and fastest solution to create large scale fields with many plants really is Forest Pack Pro.
NO, you don´t need Forest Pack Pro, if you want to place plants individually in your scene, in a garden, on a street or other defined places which do not require hundreds or thousands of plants.
The installation is easy, as you only need to copy one folder from the download in your Forest Pack Pro user library. The installation is described in a short instruction textfile that can be found inside of the Forest Pack Pro folder.
Most likely this is a result of not loading all parts of a grass field. Most grass fields consist of several parts that all need to be loaded in one Forest Pack Pro object each. So if you have 5 parts of a grass field, you need to create 5 Forest Pack Pro objects and load each part into each Forest Pack Pro.
This is a result of vray for Sketchup not being able to save files with ´relative paths´. As a result, the assets (bitmaps and vray proxies) may not be found by default. There is an easy fix though. Just open the VRAY FILE PATH EDITOR from the extensions menu and re-assign the file paths in this for all yellow and red assets.

I was expecting just the Sketchup files. To my surprised all the vray formats were setup. Saved me a allot of time. I am a little bummed out I missed the spring sale but I was very impressed with the collection and the extra steps to provide vray ready models! Thank you!

This pack is really great! The maps and the models is really top notch.
The reason for not giving 5 starts is simply, that the download page is a bit messy, making it hard to know what pack to download.
And some minor render engine popups when using the Forestpack presets.
But again, these are minor issues, and the VP customer service is priceless, and they will get you sorted.

Fantastic product but I have to subtract one star. When you edit the GrowFX version, some plants are destroyed – seem to be incompatible with the latest version. Also the ForestPro version could be improved e.g. by adding a MXS for the map path settings. Additionally not all packs support FP.

What do you mean with MXS files ? MXS are scene files for Maxwell standalone, not compatible with Forest Pack Pro. If you refer to the Maxwell materials, these are included in the Forest Pack Pro files. Not sure I understand your need here.
Which plant pack do you expect to work with Forest Pack Pro ? Interior Plants doesn´t make much sense, since plants in pots usually are not scattered in rooms, all other plant products support Forest Pack Pro.

The maxwell files are only included in the 3DS Max or GrowFX format (which includes all files from the 3Ds Max version). The OBJ version includes the models, textures and .mtl files, but no additional Maxwell .mxs or .mxm files. So if you need these, the 3Ds Max version is the one you should choose. Feel free to also submit a support ticket if you have any further questions.

Plants Complete a great package. With one smart move you have all the greenery you need for any type of outdoor (or indoor) project you are doing that needs vegetation. All the plants are ultra realistic and with the Grow FX versions, you can add wind and special effects to make your scene even more real. This is truly the best package because it’s loaded.

Just downloaded it.
Had some problems with downloandig and I realy must tell you, that costumer service was one of the fastes I ever experience. Replay with interpretation and working link for download came in a minute or two after my email to costumer sevice.
The first impression after useing it on I quick project wich must be done for tomorrow.
This real grass is realy real. Same for interior plants and trees, but reality of grass it is shocking good. Thank you VizPark. With your help allready good scenes are even better.
